TM Tourism LLC ("we", "us") operates the website tm-tourism.com. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Inquiry data: name, email, country, travel dates, group size and your message — only what you submit via the contact form.
• Booking data: for confirmed bookings, passport details required for visa invitation processing.
• Server logs: aggregated request counts only. No IP addresses are written to disk.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and operate your booking. We never sell or share your data with third parties except as required for visa processing with the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.

Retention

Inquiries are retained for 12 months. Booking and passport data is retained for 5 years as required by Turkmen tourism regulation, then permanently deleted.
